
Deerfield, IL - It was a balanced scoring attack on Wednesday evening for the Panthers, as they had four players score in double figures.
Balanced scoring was not enough as Trinity International University defeated the Panthers 66-64 thanks to guard Tyrone Smith hitting a 3-point shot from the corner with 6 seconds remaining to seal the game.
The point guard duo of Shane Heidt, and Nick Neal led the Panthers in scoring with 13 points apiece. Neal also grabbed 5 rebounds.
Jordan Delks scored 12 points, and grabbed 4 rebounds. Matt Demler put in 10 points, and snatched 6 rebounds, and had 2 steals.
The Panthers host Purdue University Calumet this Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the La Porte Civic Auditorium.
